Plans & pricing

Is there a setup fee?

No. All plans include the initial custom build. You pay one monthly rate from day one; no upfront project cost.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. The Start plan is $199/mo billed annually (vs. $249/mo monthly), saving $600/year. Annual pricing for Grow is $449/mo.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel month-to-month with no penalty. You keep your domain. Your site content can be exported on request. Full migration support is available for an additional fee.

The website build

How long does the initial build take?

Most sites are live within 2–3 weeks of receiving your completed onboarding questionnaire.

What information do you need from me?

Your onboarding questionnaire covers your goals, target customers, brand assets (logo, colors), copy or copy direction, and any existing accounts (domain, analytics).

Can I request changes during the build?

Yes. Two revision rounds are included in the build process. Additional revisions are handled through your monthly content support hours.

What platform is the site built on?

WordPress with Elementor Pro; a widely supported, flexible platform you can hand off to any developer if you ever leave.

Content support

What counts as a content update?

Text edits, image swaps, new blog posts, form updates, adding products, or updating existing pages. Building new pages from scratch is separate (included in Grow and above).

What is the 1 hr / 2 hr monthly support?

Each plan includes a monthly bank of time for content updates. Start includes 1 hour, Grow includes 2 hours. Unused time does not roll over.

What if I need more content support?

Additional time is available at your preferred-client rate. Details at onboarding.

E-commerce & lead gen tools

What e-commerce is included in Grow?

Simple product listings and a checkout flow for small shops (up to ~20 products). Complex inventory, multi-currency, or high-volume stores are scoped under Partner.

What are “lead generation tools”?

Booking software integration (e.g. Calendly, Acuity), advanced contact forms, and live chat widgets. Specific tools depend on your setup.

Do you build custom booking systems?

No custom-coded booking systems. Dave integrates with established third-party tools you own or license.

Support & office hours

How does email support work?

Send a message any time. Dave responds within 2 business days on Start, same day on Grow and Partner.

What are the weekly group office hours?

A recurring video session open to all active clients. Bring questions, review in-progress work, or get a second opinion. Full schedule shared at onboarding.

What if I have an urgent issue?

Hosting, security, and uptime issues are monitored and addressed as a priority regardless of plan. For content or design, priority turnaround is a Grow/Partner feature.

Partner plan

How is Partner pricing determined?

Partner scope and pricing are defined together at signup. The starting point is $999/mo; most engagements run $999–$2,500/mo depending on scope.

What is a monthly strategy session?

A 1-on-1 video call to review performance, plan upcoming work, and align on marketing priorities. Typically 45–60 minutes.

Can I add Partner-level services to Start or Grow?

Some services (e.g. blog posts, strategy sessions) are available as add-ons. Reach out to discuss.
