Common questions
Is there a setup fee or upfront cost?
No. Your monthly subscription covers everything from day one: design, hosting, and support. You pay one flat rate and the site is included.
What counts as a content update?
Text changes, image swaps, new blog posts (that you provide), form updates — anything that doesn’t require building a new page. New pages are included starting at the Grow tier.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel any month, no questions asked. You keep your domain, but if you want to keep your website up and running, you’ll need to secure your own hosting. If you leave entirely, you get a export of your site files. Full migration support is available at an additional cost.
How long does the initial build take?
Most sites are live within 2–3 weeks of onboarding. The timeline depends on how quickly content and feedback come in.
